Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate public works and K-12 construction projects from inception to completion
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety guidelines
Oversee personnel management and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and clients
Implement quality control measures to ensure project specifications are met
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
Address any project-related issues or challenges promptly and effectively

Required

Proven experience as a Superintendent in Public works and education projects
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience in managing multi-family, charter, public works, commercial, library, fire station, parks, and schools projects is a plus
Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
