Responsibilities

Supporting the project portfolio in accordance to Wholesale Priorities & Strategy and goals
Building necessary internal relationships and communication networks among the Network and IT teams
Working with Network and IT teams to gain access to or support development of enhanced tools to improve MVNO experience and issue resolution
Serving as Wholesale SME to address legal and contractual questions
Contributing to the definition of the product roadmap, new features, scope and prioritizes the backlog
Creating product plans, requirements, and documentation that are informative, concise and drive effective decision making and accountability for product success from design through delivery
Creating and maintaing detailed project plans and timelines. Identifying and resolving issues that may impact critical project deliverables and milestones
Participating in customer feedback sessions to identify new product feature needs and assess current product feature usability and whether it is accomplishing the specified goals
Conducting data analysis to inform strategies on marketing products and materials. Analyzes and interprets data to find new opportunities for marketing and business development. Provides meaningful insights to improve and grow the business
Testing products and features to ensure proper functioning. Documents and communicates suggested product changes, corrections, updates, etc. to leadership and other team members

Required

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Jira and Google's G Suite
Experience analyzing data and making appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations which shape business strategy
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the business to deliver results
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and business data
Strong understanding of analytics, with exceptional presentation and organizational skills
Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to understand and navigate the organizational landscape
Understanding of technology and communications industries
Ability to establish priorities, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and establish and meet timelines and milestones under deadline pressure
