Responsibilities
Recruit and hire service team members in alignment with staffing goals
Manage the full hiring process: job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, onboarding
Administer driver qualifications including background checks, drug screens, physical, DOT physicals, and road tests
Ensure compliance with operational paperwork, field technology, and training standards
Provide performance evaluations and feedback to support retention
Support dispatch and planning teams with supervision and daily operational coordination
Assist with dispatching, planning, and—when necessary—drive a company truck to support operations
Maintain accurate employee records across internal systems (SharePoint, MoversSuite, MS Crew, Learning Hub)
Promote HR initiatives including health screenings, open enrollment, and training programs
Respond to candidate and employee inquiries promptly, including outside regular business hours
Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and customers
Qualification
Required
Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
Must be able to drive a 26‑foot box truck
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Customer-service oriented with timely response skills
Preferred
Dispatch/operations/industry experience is a plus
