Responsibilities

Provide centralized program and delivery management across xFoundry’s technical and programmatic initiatives
Coordinate and execute work across multiple interdisciplinary teams, including the software development group and the team responsible for building and operating the Xperience Competition and related xFoundry programs
Ensure that complex, multi-track initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities
Serve as the operational backbone of xFoundry’s execution, translating vision into structured plans, managing dependencies, and creating clarity across stakeholders

Required

Master's degree or have at least 3 years full-time experience as a Faculty Specialist (or similar appointment at another institution), or its equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project or program management
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical contributors
Experience working with software development teams and technical leaders
Proven track record of delivering complex projects in dynamic environments

Preferred

Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or structured approaches)
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with interdependent timelines
Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable execution plans
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, program leaders, faculty, executives, and external partners
Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action and delivery
Commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and student-centered impact
