Responsibilities

Lead the design development of healthcare projects from conceptualization to completion
Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, regulations, and standards throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client expectations
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to achieve project goals
Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to create and manage project documentation
Conduct cost estimation and value engineering to optimize project budgets
Oversee construction administration processes to ensure design intent is achieved on-site
Facilitate team collaboration and communication to foster a productive work environment

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
