Responsibilities
Interface with key players across the entertainment industry
Roll calls and schedule meetings
Calendar management, expense reports, and travel coordination
Generate and schedule auditions as well as coordinate with casting directors, managers, and publicists
Draft email correspondence, send submissions, and track incoming/outgoing materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Desire to pursue a career as a talent agent
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Positive attitude, highly organized, and ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to make a 2-year commitment in the role
Preferred
A minimum of 1 year of related full-time experience in the entertainment industry
Experience at a mainstream talent agency/management company is strongly preferred
