The Client Solutions Associate will be responsible for growing the expert network by connecting clients to the right subject matter experts and managing client research projects.

Responsibilities

Client-Expert Connections: You'll identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, continuously communicating with clients and experts to track the progress of these connections to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
Project Creation & Ownership: Manage your clients’ research projects, from understanding their goals to recruiting and scheduling the right experts for them. Recruiting experts involves using our internal network and external channels like social media, meticulously reviewing professional profiles, reaching out to potential experts, and strategically matching them to specific project requirements
Project Performance Tracking: Monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to 1) drive successful research for our clients and 2) ensure our network has only high-quality, engaged experts
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights from client and expert interactions to help product and engineering teams continuously refine the Office Hours online platform. Your frontline experience will provide critical input for user experience improvements

Required

0-2 years of professional work experience
