The role involves providing support during EHR deployment, leading end-user training, and ensuring effective workflow alignment with system capabilities.

Responsibilities
Provide boots-on-the-ground support during EHR rollout
Lead and support end-user training for clinical and operational staff (job-specific workflows)
Help align day-to-day workflows with system capabilities, including patient lifecycle processes (admissions, discharge, onboarding/offboarding)
Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test execution and validation of fixes
Perform go-live readiness checks and workflow validation
Triage issues in real time, document steps to reproduce, and escalate defects to technical teams
Deliver first-line troubleshooting and FAQ-style support during and after go-live
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, gather feedback, and help drive adoption
Collaborate across markets to share best practices, playbooks, and recurring issue patterns
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience supporting healthcare IT implementations, ideally EHR rollouts
Prior exposure to Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR systems
Understanding of clinical workflows and how patient data moves through systems
High-level familiarity with revenue cycle concepts and downstream billing impacts
Experience supporting training, change adoption, and frontline users during go-live
Experience coordinating or supporting UAT and workflow validation
Excellent communication skills — calm, clear, and effective with non-technical users
U.S. work authorization (compliance requirement)
