Director of Business Development
Comletric, Inc is a people-first electrical and low-voltage services partner supporting national retail and banking clients across the U.S. They are hiring their first Director of Business Development to drive national enterprise growth.
Responsibilities
Expand low-voltage and electrical scope within existing national retail accounts (e.g., Starbucks, Amazon Fresh)
Win a small number of new national enterprise clients (banks & multi-site retailers)
Build pursuit discipline in HubSpot (pipeline, relationship maps, opportunity strategy)
Collaborate closely with PMs, estimators, and leadership to develop winning proposals
Qualification
Required
Strong network of decision-makers in IT project delivery (structured cabling) and/or multi-site facilities organizations (electrical + lighting) to quickly open doors and generate opportunities
Proven success selling multi-site enterprise services in low-voltage and/or electrical environments
Confident navigating complex organizational structures and stakeholder groups to drive decisions forward
Relationship-first sales approach with experience developing and growing national accounts
Entrepreneurial self-starter who builds structure, pipeline, and momentum from the ground up
Strong proficiency with Hubspot CRM or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
