Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of District Sales Managers to drive performance
Grow new and existing customer relationships across the region
Strengthen distributor partnerships to expand market presence
Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Develop regional sales strategies and long-term growth plans
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams
Drive profitable growth, market share expansion, and customer retention
Forecast demand and monitor performance against objectives
Represent the company with professionalism and credibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years of outside sales experience with a strong track record of results
Prior experience leading and developing teams
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
