Responsibilities
Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate processing of service-related activities
Serve as a key liaison between customers, field service engineers, and internal departments
Manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks that directly impact customer experience and business success
Process service orders, manage contracts, coordinate with field teams, and maintain critical customer data
Support service delivery, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating smooth operations across the organization
Contribute to process improvements while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or order administration, preferably in a service environment
High School diploma
Preferred
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated customer service excellence
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
