Mid LevelDiverse Lynx is seeking an Infrastructure Security professional to deploy and configure Zscaler services. The role involves troubleshooting network issues, managing firewall policies, providing user support, and maintaining documentation related to Zscaler configurations.

Responsibilities
Deploy and configure Zscaler services, including ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access), ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), and ZDX (Zscaler Digital Experience)
Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, such as connection errors, slow internet speed, or service degradation
Utilize Zscaler's troubleshooting tools and best practices to identify and address problems promptly
Manage firewall policies and rules within the Zscaler platform
Ensure secure traffic flow and compliance with organizational policies
Provide level 3 support to end-users experiencing Zscaler-related issues
Educate users on Zscaler features and self-help options
Maintain accurate documentation related to Zscaler configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices
Participate in incident response and security incident investigations
Qualification
Required
