Performs moderate to complex clerical work
Duties may include: filing, scanning, mail, phones, correspondence and record management
May compile and assist in processing of reports
May gather, compile and verify information
May perform data entry
May enter, compile, and validate data using simple math
Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction
Effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex
Seeks advice and guidance on difficult, complex or unusual problems from supervisor
Work productively and harmoniously with others on a consistent basis
Respond positively to direction and feedback on performance
Consistently maintain professional and appropriate demeanor
Perform other duties/projects as assigned

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma Or equivalent required
2+ years related work experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required - possessing basic Word, Excel, and graphics software skills
Must type a minimum of 30 WPM
Work experience demonstrating ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a member of a team
Demonstrates knowledge of assigned work and may possess knowledge of a technical or specialty area
Readily learns and applies new information/concept in area of practice
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training/experience preferred
