Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a field of study related to finance or business administration. Work experience can substitute on a year for year basis for the degree
Candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience in financial management
Past experience working with financial information systems
In-depth knowledge of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) policies and procedures
Past experience analyzing large data sets
Experience analyzing financial reports
