Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final execution, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints
Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into innovative and user-friendly interface designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on existing designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, establish design guidelines, and ensure design solutions align with business objectives
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and incorporate relevant insights into design processes and strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
[5 years] of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics
Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders
Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within project timelines and constraints
Preferred
Experience with Figma
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles
Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments
Experience with animation and motion design
