Senior LevelCoates Field Service, Inc is seeking an experienced Sr. Right of Way Agent in Westwood, MA. The role involves supporting the T&D Right of Way team in providing right of way and real estate support for Transmission and Distribution line projects across the State.

Responsibilities
Serving as the primary ROW Team representative for each stakeholder or customer request
Actively participating in all relevant project meetings and customer engagement
Managing and ensuring compliance with all scope of work responsibilities outlined below
Maintaining high-quality standards across all SOW and deliverables outlined
Proactively identifying and addressing ROW-related issues
Qualification
Required
Experience in Right of Way (ROW) services
Ability to engage public agencies and private landowners
Experience in facilitating preliminary ROW negotiations and agreements
Ability to provide ROW Lead(s) with input and strategy for resolving complex acquisitions and other property rights related requests
Experience in drafting easement/acquisition agreements and supporting documentation for landowner review and regulatory submissions
Ability to complete applicable ROW acquisition negotiations with landowners and agencies
Experience in completing database input, document retention and project close-out procedures
