Responsibilities
Support the Superintendent with daily on-site operations
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
Help maintain project schedules and short-term lookaheads
Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and cleanliness
Track progress, punch lists, and field documentation
Communicate with PMs, inspectors, and trade partners
Qualification
Required
1–4+ years of field experience with a commercial GC
Exposure to projects such as multifamily, interiors, mixed-use, retail, or commercial builds
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
Comfortable working full-time on site
Motivated to grow into a Superintendent role
