They are seeking an experienced IFS Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and system design for IFS Supply Chain modules.

Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture for IFS ERP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts with a focus on Supply Chain
Design end-to-end IFS solutions that align business processes with system capabilities
Act as the main architectural authority across Supply Chain streams during projects
Run workshops with senior stakeholders to capture, challenge, and refine requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
Provide guidance to functional consultants and developers across project phases
Ensure solutions follow IFS best practice and minimise unnecessary customisation
Support integration design with third-party systems where required
Assist with data migration, testing strategy, and go-live readiness
Provide post-go-live support and optimisation recommendations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an IFS Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant
Strong functional understanding of IFS Supply Chain modules
Experience working on full lifecycle IFS implementations
Ability to design solutions across multiple modules and business areas
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Confident working with senior business and IT stakeholders
Excellent documentation and solution design skills
Ability to balance business needs with system constraints
Strong hands-on knowledge across several of the following IFS modules is required: Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse Management
Preferred
Experience across multiple IFS versions
Exposure to integrations, reporting, or extensions within IFS
Consulting or partner background
Experience working in complex or multi-site environments
