Required

Active RN license in good standing (multi-state license preferred)
5+ years of clinical RN experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role within triage, care coordination, or virtual care
Strong foundation in primary care and chronic disease management, especially HTN, DM, and CHF
Experience managing remote RN and LPN teams in a high-volume environment
Proven success scaling clinical operations within a growth-stage or startup environment
Proficiency with EHR/eRecord systems and data analysis tools for performance monitoring
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Skilled in nursing processes, documentation, and clinical decision-making
Technical fluency; able to work seamlessly across platforms including Notion, Athena, EPIC, Zendesk, and G Suite
