Senior Product Manager, YouTube Ads Infrastructure

Responsibilities
Define and build the next-generation user-centric profiling, modeling, and serving infrastructure in collaboration with YouTube's ads engineering teams
Manage the infrastructure product life-cycle to ensure optimal investments in machine resources while ensuring seamless migration of existing use-cases
Transform the ad selection funnel to a user-centric ad serving system that utilizes signals, including generative AI-based insights and ML models to optimize ad performance and relevance
Collaborate cross-functionally with product leads and engineering to define and evolve the product roadmap and product life-cycle for personalization and demand infrastructure systems
Define and evolve the strategy for ad personalization and relevance in collaboration with quality/modeling and user and inventory teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.)
Experience working with infrastructure and APIs
Preferred
Master's degree in a technology or business related field
5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting)
3 years of experience in software development or engineering
Experience with one of more of the following: ad serving, ad targeting, personalization, or privacy
Experience working across different functions and multiple teams in an organization to deliver products successfully
