They are seeking a Level 2 Technical Support Analyst to provide support for technical issues related to devices and applications, primarily through phone support, and to assist in light troubleshooting of applications used by agents.

Responsibilities
Looking for a level 2 support supporting our US field with technical issues related to devices, our in house sales applications and saas apps
Experience with azure and intune is a plus but not a deal breaker
Light troubleshooting of Apps that Agents use (claims, policies, etc)
Mostly BAU Agent Support, but they have recently updated several applications and branding materials
Infra support, light application support
Do not need to know coding or scripting and not a lot of specific application support
Mostly phone support
Some desk side support at their HQ location may be required and/or for special projects
Application support – Access / validating issues, licenses, not crazy technical skills
Relationships are important
Must have a good personality and ideally outgoing
Endpoint with MDM experience is nice to have
Qualification
Required
Experience with technical support related to devices and in-house sales applications
Experience with light troubleshooting of applications used by agents (claims, policies, etc.)
Experience with infrastructure support and light application support
Ability to provide mostly phone support with some desk side support as needed
Experience with application support including access, validating issues, and licenses
Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
Preferred
Experience with Azure and Intune
Experience with endpoint management and MDM
