Configure complex benefit programs, plans, rates & compensation cycles
Provide Tier-3 support and resolve critical production issues
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience
6+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud
Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Payroll, Benefits & Compensation
Strong knowledge of US HR processes (benefits enrollment, payroll deductions, compensation cycles & compliance)
Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas (complex logic & troubleshooting)
Hands-on experience with Eligibility Profiles & Derived Factors
Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts & BI Publisher (third-party vendor integrations)
Hands-on experience with OTBI reports & dashboards
Hands-on experience with HDL / HSDL for bulk data loads
