Senior LevelGeneral Dynamics Land Systems is seeking an experienced Validation / Verification Monitor Lead to oversee a team focused on the Validation/Verification of Technical Manuals for various military vehicle programs. The role involves interfacing with customers, conducting EVMS activities, and ensuring the technical accuracy of publications while performing diagnostics and troubleshooting on military vehicles.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of Val/Ver Monitors to develop / perform and conduct Validation/Verification of Technical Manuals to support Abrams, Stryker, MPF and/or S-MET programs
Responsible for the technical interface with external and internal customers
Conduct EVMS activities, complete ROM/BOEs, update internal processes (when needed), complete/status updates for CDRL deliveries and maintain shop activities/updates when required
Organize and conduct Validation/Verification of Operator, Maintenance and Troubleshooting Technical Publications for tracked and wheeled vehicles and ancillary equipment to insure technical accuracy/usability
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and software downloading on Abrams, Stryker and MPF series vehicles
Perform diagnostics and systems troubleshooting of Abrams, Stryker, and MPF vehicles, components and assemblies
Support Government Verifications and Logistics Demonstrations / Maintenance Assessments on tracked and wheeled vehicle technical publications at GDLS and Government facilities
Serve as liaison between GDLS and Government representatives to resolve technical/administrative issues identified during Validation/Verification and Logistics Demonstration programs
Analyze Engineering drawings, electrical schematics and specifications to identify hardware configuration requirements and diagnose vehicle system faults
Use Microsoft Office products to develop/maintain departmental forms and records in accordance with ISO standards

Required
Experienced Validation / Verification Monitor
Lead a team of Val/Ver Monitors
Develop / perform and conduct Validation/Verification of Technical Manuals
Support Abrams, Stryker, MPF and/or S-MET programs
Conduct EVMS activities
