US Citizenship (must be eligible for federal clearance)
5–10 years of overall Oracle DBA experience
Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration
Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Guard
Experience working with Microsoft Azure
Azure certifications (especially Azure Data Engineer) are a strong plus
Experience supporting federal or government projects is preferred
Oracle performance tuning and troubleshooting
Backup, recovery, and high availability solutions
Cloud migration or hybrid cloud experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
