Responsibilities
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Maintain financial records
Prepare financial reports
Review funding and sales reconciliations
Record company card reconciliations and corresponding general ledger entries
Daily invoice processing
Assist with the month-end and year-end close
Ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or relevant experience
Understanding of accounting concepts (GAAP) and control requirements
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Windows, Outlook)
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to analyze and understand financial statements and transactions
Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years prior mortgage banking experience preferred
