Welcome Call Coordinator (Part-Time)

Responsibilities
Handle inbound Welcome Calls efficiently and professionally
Follow call center scripts and compliance guidelines when addressing client topics
Assess client needs, provide service clarity, and transfer calls to appropriate departments
Accurately document call details and client interactions in the CRM system
Support Debt Consultants during the client enrollment process
Adhere strictly to communication procedures, policies, and quality standards
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics
Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused approach with patience, professionalism, and positivity
Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems
Accurate typing and data entry skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Prior customer service or sales experience
