Responsibilities
Gather and document product and technical requirements, create customer workflows, and maintain clear, organized product documentation
Assist in analyzing customer data and usage analytics to identify patterns, surface insights, and support data-informed decision-making
Support the upkeep of project plans and product roadmaps to ensure visibility into priorities, timelines, and progress
Contribute to the development of product launch plans and help coordinate documentation and readiness activities
Participate in product meetings, summarize key takeaways, support usability feedback reviews and surveys, and document findings that may inform process improvements
Qualification
Required
Completed at least your second year of a collegiate program
Interest in product management, business, technology, or a related field
Curious, analytical, and enjoy solving problems by working with both data and documentation
Comfortable operating within structured processes
Organized and detail-oriented
Clear and confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable asking thoughtful questions to better understand business needs
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Eager to take ownership of your work while learning from experienced product professionals
Preferred
Familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry, or diagramming tools
Prior exposure to business data systems
