Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
Ability to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
Skills in developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
Ability to collaborate with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
