Responsibilities
Taking in information from clients and entering it into their systems
Logging information and processing it through to the next stage
Pulling data from client cases and entering it into Microsoft Word or Excel
Triage client cases to determine if policy review is needed
Sending cases to the appropriate case reviewer
Handling calls and emails from clients to schedule them
Qualification
Required
Taking in information from clients and entering it into systems
Understanding HIPAA Regulations
Reliability, accuracy, and thoroughness
Triage client cases to determine necessary actions
Handle calls and emails from clients to schedule them
Proficiency in Microsoft Word - turn things into a PDF, insert tables onto documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables, insert columns
Access to a laptop/desktop that supports Windows 11
