Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot patient simulator systems
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all systems remain fully functional
Deliver excellent customer service to clinical and academic clients
Support Windows 11–based devices and network-connected systems
Manage independent daily travel between customer sites
Qualification
Required
Some professional IT experience is required (help desk, desktop support, field technician, etc.)
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, and basic IP networking
Experience with Windows 11
Flexibility to travel Monday through Friday
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable transportation
Must be fully available—this role is not compatible with attending classes or weekly recurring commitments
Completion of an IKM assessment (similar to CompTIA A+) is required
Preferred
Electronics aptitude is a plus
