Responsibilities
Provide evidence of an active Scrum Master Certification, must include a copy of the certificate, the date achieved, date expires and agency/association that issued the certificate
Minimum three (3) years’ total experience as a scrum master for a scrum team within Scaled Agile Framework with a minimum of one (1) year of the total years of experience occurring within the past twenty-four (24) months. Provide title held while fulfilling the role of Scrum Master, the begin and end dates and Organization
Within the past (24) months, resource must have a minimum of (1) year of experience in official role as a Scrum Master supporting the scrum team process and ceremonies by creating and managing Agile team backlog, sprint plans, roadmaps, story refinement and productivity reporting. Provide the begin and end dates and Organization
Within the past (24) months, Contractor must have (1) year of experience using JIRA tool to support an agile team including creating user stories, tasks, linking various issue types, closing sprints. Provide the beginning and end dates and Organization where JIRA was used
