Responsibilities

Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
Apply real-world sales tactics through hands-on coaching
Engage with warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources
Master our CRM and loan origination systems
Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners
Compete in sales contests and performance incentives
Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results

Required

No mortgage experience required—we'll train you
Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience

Motivated by money, growth, and performance
Thrives in high-expectation, fast-paced environments
Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems
Organized, proactive, and hungry to win
