Responsibilities
Manage projects and support regulatory and science project work
Managing the work of staff on multiple projects concurrently
Oversee the deliverable process
Evaluating opportunities for improvement on efficiencies and modifications of overall project objectives
Manage projects with responsibility for preparing strategic scopes and proposals
Qualification
Required
A regulatory professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, Ecology, Planning, Outdoor Recreation, Political Science, Environmental Studies, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulatory processes, including but not limited to FERC licensing, NEPA, State 401 Clean Water Act, and US Army Corps Engineers 404 permits
Knowledge and experience with Alaska-specific regulatory drivers and stakeholder groups is highly desirable
Excellent oral communication skills, including presentation abilities
Advanced writing and editing abilities
Experience working on various aspects of large projects
Must possess permanent authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to travel and possess a valid driver's license
