CPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities
Developing post-silicon validation plans (what needs to be tested, by whom, and when)
Driving debug of silicon issues (functional, electrical, performance, etc.) with CPU and multi-functional teams
Coordinating and prioritizing debug tasks and experiments and following up on action items
Supervising issues and bugs across multiple projects and working with software, system and other teams to get them resolved
Focused issue reporting and communication of program risks & status in multi-functional and executive forums
Materials management (parts, boards, etc.)
Qualification
Required
BS + 10 years of relevant experience
Proven Silicon development experience in Design, Verification, Implementation, Physical Design, DFT or Validation
Preferred
CPU development experience
Experience in debug of CPU logic and circuit failures
Technical leadership and/or project management experience
Strong communication and executive presentation skills
Strong time and task leadership skills with consistent attention to detail
Strong organization skills to organize self and the team's execution
Knowledge of CPU microarchitecture and validation tools
Able to build trust and lead through influence
Comfortable navigating tough situations, balancing priorities and managing constraints while running sophisticated, fast-paced, programs
