Responsibilities

Maintain accurate asset records (corporate and Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE)) in the company’s asset management system (Snipe-IT), including tagging and entry of new acquisitions
Perform monthly audits (targeting 10% of total assets) and prepare reports to ensure full compliance with FAR and CMMC standards
Track and manage GFE across multiple government projects, ensuring adherence to unique contractual requirements for acquisition, use, and disposition
Oversee secure lifecycle management: coordinate equipment returns, transfers, hard drive destruction, and compliant disposition of retired assets
Collaborate with IT and departments on new equipment intake, provide documentation for shipments/returns, serve as the primary point of contact for asset inquiries, and contribute to corporate asset policy development
Manage software asset tracking and related compliance considerations
Provide occasional coverage for reception duties as needed to support facility operations
Demonstrate flexibility to work between our Miamisburg and Liberty Township locations based on business requirements
Flexibility to perform other duties as needed

Required

3+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g., inventory or asset management experience)
Active TS clearance with polygraph/SCI eligibility
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related productivity tools
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional-teams, including IT, Accounting, and Security
Proven reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced-environment

Preferred

Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking equipment, and related components is strongly preferred
