The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical assistance, complete hardware deployments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of end-user devices.

Responsibilities
Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting
Provide on-site technical support to end users with minimal disruption to their work
Maintain accurate documentation of device inventory, service requests, and completed work
Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues efficiently
Follow all organizational and security policies regarding equipment handling and data protection
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a field services or technical support role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Self‑motivated and able to work independently
Experience supporting users in high‑traffic or professional environments is a plus
Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
Previous experience providing on‑site support or participating in hardware refresh projects is preferred
On‑site role based in Grafton with possible occasional travel to nearby locations
Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as needed
Technical: Desktop support, hardware installation, imaging, troubleshooting, access control, basic networking
Soft Skills: Customer service, communication, time management, adaptability, team collaboration
Additional: Awareness of cybersecurity best practices
