Technical Program Manager, Network Material Delivery

Responsibilities
Define and execute the networking material delivery road map and strategy to align with evolving business needs and goals
Lead daily material delivery operations, ensuring adherence to service-level-objectives and escalation management
Drive continuous improvement in fulfillment workflows and tooling to minimize cycle times and eliminate manual toil
Partner with data center networking, logistics, and procurement to synchronize global material availability and delivery
Mentor a team while tracking key performance indicators to communicate performance and alignment to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
5 years of experience in supply chain or operations
5 years of experience in leadership role, with/without direct reports
Preferred
Master's degree in a technical field
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
5 years of experience in supply chain
Experience using problem-solving, negotiation, and program management skills to drive client service engagement and deliver results within evolving engineering operations
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical partner teams, maintaining an excellent customer service focus and attention to detail
Experience navigating ambiguous environments, applying organizational problem-solving to non-linear workflows and shifting operational priorities
