Mission Health Communities is seeking a Vice President of Learning & Leadership to lead and advance their enterprise-wide Learning & Leadership function. This executive role focuses on workforce readiness, leadership development, and delivering a consistent Mission Experience across their communities.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce readiness, onboarding, and education strategy across the organization

Partner closely with the Clinical Team to support the delivery of clinical education and competency initiatives

Expand leadership development pathways, including DiscoverU and Administrator-in-Training (AIT) programs

Build clear career pathways that support internal growth and succession planning

Strengthen retention, engagement, and workforce stability through intentional development

Optimize learning platforms, curriculum delivery, and outcome tracking

Advance education, workforce, and higher-education partnerships

Align education, quality, and competency programs with operational and cultural priorities

Travel extensively (up to 80%) to support communities, leaders, and initiatives across the organization
