Responsibilities
Install all new routers, switches, and wireless APs for network infrastructure
Manages the Network Access Control solution (802.1x authentication)
Manages day-to-day network infrastructure consisting of routers, switches, MPLS and SD-WAN networks, wireless, network access control, and network monitoring tools
Perform troubleshooting analysis for network related issues
Follow change control procedures for effective risk mitigation
Requires a thorough knowledge of networking design and protocols
Strong analytical abilities
Provide support to the IT Helpdesk and internal clients as needed
Provides additional support to manager and department colleagues
Completes all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required
CCNA or CCNP certifications
Three to five years LANS/WANS experience
Thorough knowledge of networking design and protocols
Strong analytical abilities
Experience with Cisco routers
Experience with Cisco switches
Experience with troubleshooting
Experience with network engineering
Experience with firewall
Knowledge of Switches, Routers, Servers, Cables, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, OSPF, and BGP
Ability to install all new routers, switches, and wireless APs for network infrastructure
Ability to manage the Network Access Control solution (802.1x authentication)
Ability to manage day-to-day network infrastructure consisting of routers, switches, MPLS and SD-WAN networks, wireless, network access control, and network monitoring tools
Ability to perform troubleshooting analysis for network related issues
Ability to follow change control procedures for effective risk mitigation
Ability to provide support to the IT Helpdesk and internal clients as needed
Limited travel in the Tallahassee area will be needed from time to time to support branch locations and troubleshoot network issues onsite
