This role involves assisting with the deployment, configuration, and replacement of end-user devices, while providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting support.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Assist with desktop/laptop refresh activities, including device imaging, configuration, and deployment
Back up and migrate user data following established procedures
Install and configure operating systems, applications, and user profiles
Swap out and decommission old equipment, ensuring proper asset tracking
Provide basic break/fix support during and after device rollout
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows 10/11 devices
Ensure all work is documented accurately following project guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service while working with end users on equipment transitions
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of desktop support or technical support experience
Experience with Windows 10/11, imaging tools, and standard desktop deployment processes
Familiarity with Active Directory, profile setups, and general IT support practices
Ability to lift, move, and set up computer equipment as needed
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to follow processes, stay organized, and meet project deadlines
Preferred
Previous experience with hardware refresh or PC rollout projects
