Responsibilities

Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering growth and accountability
Ensure consistent system uptime, stability, and data integrity across the organization
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Align technology strategy with organizational goals and growth objectives
Plan and lead IT projects from conception through execution and evaluation
Maintain robust data security, backup, and disaster recovery systems
Ensure compliance with all applicable data protection and regulatory standards
Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation initiatives
Partner with cross-functional departments to identify and deploy technology-driven solutions
Provide technical guidance and support to all teams, ensuring seamless workflow and system integration
Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements
Monitor network and system performance, proactively resolving issues
Identify emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
Recommend upgrades, improvements, and investments aligned with organizational priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of progressive experience in IT management or a related leadership role
Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, network administration, and cybersecurity
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and enterprise applications
Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent) highly desirable

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent) highly desirable
