Supporting users in their Troy & Warren locations
Ensure that users have functioning equipment and their network & systems are working properly
Setting up and maintaining servers, workstations, and general network functionality
Troubleshooting

Capacity planning
Ensuring established network security principles are adhered too
Provide basic desktop support for on site issues that aren't handled by the general helpdesk team
