Responsibilities

Plan and execute FriendliAI’s presence at AI trade shows, conferences, and field events
Organize and support hackathons, community events, and experiential programs
Launch and manage virtual events, including webinars
Own events end-to-end: planning, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up
Coordinate timelines, run-of-show documents, and execution details to ensure on-time delivery
Partner with product marketing, design, and sales to align messaging, assets, and execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for event vendors and external partners
Manage on-site logistics and act as lead coordinator during live events
Work within an approved budget in collaboration with leadership
Track basic event metrics and deliver post-event recaps with learnings and recommendations

Preferred

1–2+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or marketing operations
Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, hackathons, or webinars
Background in B2B SaaS, AI, or cloud infrastructure strongly preferred
Experience with major industry events (e.g., NVIDIA GTC, AI Engineer World's Fair, AWS re:Invent or similar) is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with occasional travel and office visits
