Responsibilities

Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility

Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a screen-printing press to screen print decorate garments with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment

Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints

Maintain a clean work environment

Comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations

Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output

Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development

Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

Ability to adapt to a swiftly changing work environment

Regular and predictable attendance

Preferred

Prior experience operating an automatic screen-printing press, DTG machine, or embroidery machine
