Responsibilities
Make 25 calls per hour and have 100 weekly bookings (interviews set, 2.5 per hour)
Recruit for Life Insurance Agents nationwide
Execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract and schedule top Insurance Sales agent candidates using various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools
Collaborate with local branch teams to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruiting process
Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates, assess their qualifications and interest, and provide timely scheduling with branch leaders
Participate in ongoing recruiter training and development to enhance your ability to identify and select qualified candidates
Qualification
Required

This is a high outbound based call center
You will be expected to make 25 calls per hour, and will be expected to have 100 weekly bookings (interviews set, 2.5 per hour)
The goal is then 9 contracts per quarter out of those numbers (9 hires per quarter)
