Required

10+ years overall Oracle ERP experience
7+ years in Oracle Fusion Security
5+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations as Security Lead
Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Security architecture
Proven experience leading 5+ Oracle Fusion implementations as Security Lead
Strong hands-on knowledge of Security Console
Strong hands-on knowledge of Role & privilege configuration
Strong hands-on knowledge of Data security policies
Strong hands-on knowledge of User and role lifecycle management
Experience supporting public sector / government clients
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

Experience across multiple Fusion modules (HCM, Financials, SCM)
Exposure to Oracle Risk Management Cloud (GRC / SoD)
Identity integrations (OCI IAM, Okta, Azure AD, etc.)
Experience working with US-based clients and stakeholders
