Alignment between standard method and Plant quality audit execution
Identify training gaps of the auditors
Organization of specific training session on the job
Audit Issues action plans monitoring & read across
Process Audit check list update
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering
5+ years experience in engineering or quality and/or a manufacturing environment
Capacity to work in team
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build solid partnerships both internally and externally
Knowledge of Plant Production Methods / Processes (BIW, Paint, G. Assembly, Plastics - with knowledge of corrosion risk and torque strategy)
Knowledge of QMS Operational Standards, & SPW Fundamentals
Knowledge of Problem Solving and Project Management
Knowledge and ability to read the main Quality Key Indicators
Preferred
Bachelor's in Engineering
Experience in Manufacturing or Quality environment
Experience in Audit activities
