Responsibilities
Make friendly, early‑stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due on payments
Help customers with payment setups, auto‑pay enrollment, and account updates
Assist with password resets or login issues
Take inbound calls and support customers with:
Account questions
Payment options
Title requests
Website/login help
Support customers, dealerships, and DMV offices (10–20 calls per day)
Research and resolve title‑related issues
Process title documents accurately and ensure proper lien perfection
Identify trends or process gaps and escalate when needed
Work independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
Basic computer and data‑entry skills
Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow
