2+ years expHer Next Level Collective (HNLC) is hiring an experienced social media manager to support a variety of clients. The role involves directing social media content creation, generating original content ideas, and adapting strategies based on performance metrics for each client.

Responsibilities
Own social media processes for all clients, from creating new ideas to posting
Plan content calendars and make sure everything is posted on schedule
Provide clear instructions to our designer early, so she has enough time to create the content
Adjust content for each platform, rather than cross-posting the same thing everywhere
Stay on top of trends across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, and apply them when it makes sense in our client’s content
Explore new angles and ideas that make our clients' content stand out against other, more generic posters
Understand each client’s voice and apply it consistently across platforms
Make recommendations to improve audience engagement and conversions based on analytics
Qualification
Required
2 years of proven social media management experience (not just content creation), including at least 3 of the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn
Location: Remote (consistent overlap with US business hours [8-5 PST] most days of the week required to allow responsiveness to clients.)
While we don't expect you to be available 24/7, we DO need someone who can reliably check messages and respond within 3-4 hours during US business hours (8am to 5pm PST)
Responsiveness is essential in this role
We need someone who proactively communicates with the agency and clients, takes responsibility for their work, and follows through without reminders
