Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including AEs, Sales Engineers, CSMs, AMs, and RevOps
Building and nurturing a high-quality pipeline through sourcing, outbound engagement, network building, and referrals
Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine selection criteria, and streamline interview processes
Screening candidates for both functional excellence and cultural alignment—balancing speed with quality of hire
Delivering a smooth, transparent, and human candidate experience from first touch to offer
Providing hiring leaders with consistent pipeline updates, market insights, and data-driven recommendations
Independently leveraging ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools to drive results

Required

5+ years of experience recruiting GTM roles in B2B SaaS
Success operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environments

Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and project management skills
Comfort operating independently as a 1099 contractor with full ownership of outcomes

Preferred

Strong preference for CX industry experience or knowledge of CX technologies
